Zach received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Utah Valley University’s Woodbury School of Business. Born and raised in Arizona, Zach landed at UVU after accepting a scholarship to play for their men’s basketball team. It was during his time there that he met Hannah, his future wife, after a game.After graduating, Zach convinced Hannah to move back to Arizona with him, where he joined forces with his father, Doug Jones, a 36-year veteran in the financial services industry. He seized the opportunity of learning the art & science of the business through his father’s mentorship, hands-on experience, and rigorous study. He acquired various insurance and investment licenses, as well as the prestigious Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designations.Zach finally worked up the courage and proposed to Hannah in 2016 during a family trip to Hawaii. A little over a year later, they were married in the beautiful mountains of Park City, Utah. Wasting no time, they welcomed their son, Oliver, into the world in 2018. A few years later in 2021, the Jones family expanded further with the arrival of their daughter, Charlie. Zach continues to play basketball recreationally (although a much lazier version), but he is at his happiest spending time with family and going on adventures with his kids.

Vinny’s passion for finance started at the University of Arizona, where he earned his B.S. in Finance. Eager to complement his education with real experience, Vinny earned an internship with one of the largest firms in the country during his sophomore year. His work ethic and integrity were quickly noticed by a couple veterans in the office, Zach Jones and his father, Doug Jones. Zach and Doug became integral mentors for Vinny, and eventually convinced him to join their team. Vinny's dedication to financial planning stems from his desire to connect with others and guide them through significant areas of their lives. He firmly believes in understanding each client's unique situation and providing education in unfamiliar areas. Always eager to expand his knowledge, he currently holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designations.Vinny's strong bonds with his family and friends, coupled with his deep affection for Tucson's community-focused culture, are palpable in both his personal and professional spheres. As an outgoing individual, he enjoys every aspect of Tucson's charm, from its scenic landscapes where he loves hiking, to bustling downtown walks with his dog, and the exploration of eclectic local businesses.
